Ingredients
2 cups full fat milk. 1 cup milk to mix with corn flour or corn starch or arrowroot powder. 2 tsps corn flour (or starch or arrowroot powder (I used arrowroot powder) ¼ cup organic sugar. ¼ tsp cardamom powder or elaichi. 1 Pinch saffron strands or kesar (optional) (about 10) 10 to 15 pistachios.
